ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee, direct and lead the daily operations of the campus.
Driving the performance of each member of the sales team on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as against individual targets
Staff Management: interacting, coaching, recognizing superior performance and addressing substandard performance of team members.
Managing and developing departmental staff
Work closely with committees and academic boards.
Implement programmes and activities to achieve business requirements.
Manage the income streams & the operational expenses budget.
Liaise with external agencies to ensure that the institution is in compliance with regulations.
External and internal relationships are managed effectively to ensure the best service delivery to students.
